At Blackhawk Family Development Center we strive to provide treatment that goes beyond symptom relief. Marisa works under the supervision of Renee Lesti, LMFT. She pulls from a collaborative, strength-based approach while supporting clients to be the authors of their own lives. Her empathy and warmth help create a safe, non-judgmental space for all ages, where clients can process and heal.
Marisa works closely with her clients to tailor therapy to their needs and what works best for them. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Bowser, in her free time, and finding new places to take him on walks. She has a green thumb for indoor plants, can’t resist a chocolate chip cookie, and is always on the search for the perfect coffee shop.
