I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas under the supervision of Laurie Todd, MS, LPC-S. I graduated with my MS in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University. I have a passion for walking alongside clients in their journey towards healing and fulfillment. I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face when dealing with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma. I have honed my skills in CBT, DBT, ISP, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Relational-Cultural therapy, and EFT.
