Expertise
Improv for Mindfulness and Self-care
Improv requires us to stretch our active listening muscles, embrace uncertainty, and to be present. This group is for beginners with little to no improv experience who want to learn about the benefits of improv for stress management and as a tool for self-care. Come learn, play, and have fun!
Divorce Support
Going through a divorce is a loss of someone significant in your life and it is important to have support during this time and be reminded that you are not alone in this process. The structure of the group is very collaborative and consists of psychoeducation about the stages of divorce, co-parenting, & promoting self-growth and self-esteem as an individual on your journey. I help empower the members to understand their own role, find their new identify, heal, & transform from where they are and where do they want to be and how to overcome any obstacle of what is getting in the way.
