I work from a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens, as I believe that long-lasting change requires understanding and healing from our pasts. As a humanistic therapist, I also believe that you are the best expert on yourself, and as such, I take a non-judgmental and collaborative approach in the therapeutic process.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem, life direction, trauma, and issues surrounding sex and/or gender. I also work with couples and have a special interest in working with premarital couples seeking to improve their relationship and build a strong foundation for a lifelong partnership.
