I have experience working with people who are facing challenges in their lives. Whether it be mental health, adjusting to a difficult time or stressful life transition, chronic illness and/or chronic pain, processing trauma and grief, work stress, or caregiver stress/burnout I provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to explore and resolve the issues you are dealing with.
I provide trauma informed care and primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating skill building where appropriate. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, (ACT) and Mindfulness (MBCT).
Together we can look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. We'll focus on your strengths. You'll set the pace and we'll work together to create a plan that addresses your individual needs.
