Hello and Welcome, I am a seasoned and resourceful clinician with decades of experience working with people of all ages, from children to seniors in various settings, who have required behavioral and mental health assistance, adult protective services or assistance with navigating their physical, emotional and developmental disabilities. Although I enjoy working with people of all ages and genders, I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens and women.
I have experience working with people struggling with both general and specific anxieties, including, social & performance anxiety and agoraphobia, as well as mood issues, trauma and struggles around life changes. I take a holistic, compassionate, pragmatic approach to therapy, incorporating a number of different therapeutic modalities.
