I coach singles and couples who are longing to "call in" or reinvigorate the love of their lives. Are you are ready to discover your power to manifest the future you desire by experiencing and facilitating a change in your relationship with yourself? Perhaps you've had a series of "failed" relationships, your marriage fell apart, you've avoided relationship for years, or you're partnered/married but simply not as happy in your partnership as you would like to be. You've attributed your disappointments in love to all kinds of things, yet, in your most honest and courageous moments, you still believe/hope that true love is for you.
In my coaching work I create a safe space in which you can experience healthy connection, envision your future, identify and release blocks to love, evolve toxic ties, discover your inherent worthiness and capacity for love, learn the skills needed to find and sustain healthy love, and commit to taking new actions to more fully embody the Love that you are.
Like the rabbit in the book "The Velveteen Rabbit" I struggled to feel real as a kid, yet by receiving love while facing my fears, I am real now. My work is informed by spiritual teachings, 10+ yrs. of daily meditation, 14 yrs. providing therapy to individuals and couples, motherhood, and my wonderful relationship with my husband, the love of my life.
