Hi, my name is Marina Mosson. I am a first-generation immigrant, bilingual in English and Russian. I am a graduate of Long Beach State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 15 years. I am committed to the mental health and well-being of my clients. My passion is to help my clients in navigating challenging life situations, whether they are personal, family or with peers.
I strongly believe that my clients have the strengths, talents, abilities, and coping skills to face their challenges, and it is my job to assist them in accessing those strengths to solve their problems.
My client and I work in a partnership when we are setting goals for therapy. I offer my clients an opportunity to create their own goals based on their values. I am there for my clients to provide feedback and gently encouragement when faced with a complicated dilemma.
