My approach is grounded in mindfulness, but integrates somatic practices, archetypal reflection, psychodynamic theory, parts work, and solution-focused approaches as needed. I specialize in awakening the feminine within us all to transmute your suffering into an aligned life of play, purpose, love, and authenticity.
