Welcome, my name is Marina Cadreche and I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Florida with over 27 years of experience. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, trauma, grief and substance use disorders. I utilize various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy. I am mindful of culture and ethnic differences.
I provide a therapeutic safe space with an emphasis on understanding, and unconditional positive regard in which persons feel free to verbalize & consider their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions and make constructive changes in their attitudes and reactions. I'm a dedicated advocate for mental health issues, specifically, helping people improve their lives.
