The path to mental health healing can feel like hiking an intimidating mountain, in a snowstorm, with no trail markers. It can feel scary, overwhelming, and like a journey you are not ready to begin alone. I am here to guide you, one step at a time, at your pace, with all the trail snacks. I believe no mental health mountain is too tall for you to summit. I've had the privilege of assisting individuals and couples facing a spectrum of challenges—from anxiety & depression to relationship struggles, ADHD, boundary-setting, & beyond all reach their summit. There's nothing quite like being part of someone's journey to self-realization.
With an empowering & non-judgmental approach, I utilize CBT & SFT with skills including motivational interviewing, mindfulness, & psychoeducation. In addition, I can incorporate neurofeedback which is a technology that maps a client’s brain & discovers dysregulation. We can then address specific brain-based causes for many emotional and behavioral issues.
My mission is to create a collaborative, holistic, and healthy therapeutic relationship individualized for you. Groups
Focus Forward: Adult ADHD Support and Skills Group
The 6-week ADHD Skills and Support Group will provide a supportive environment for individuals to gain practical skills, share strategies, and build a community, addressing key aspects of ADHD including time management, coping with distractions, effective communication, emotional regulation, and the development of a robust support network. All 6-weeks included for $350! This is a 6 week course every Monday from 5:30-7:30 starting on Monday Sept. 23 and ending on Monday Nov. 4. Following this course is the option to join our once a month open rolling group of past members to continue the support and conversation.
