Since play is the natural medium in which children express themselves, I utilize play therapy and client-centered techniques to aid in helping children to communicate their inner most thoughts and feelings to promote connection and improve their relationships.
I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) as well as certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). I have advanced training in Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy.
