My goal is to listen well and provide the treatment that best meets your specific needs, to help you to identify your strengths and manage your vulnerabilities. In my work with families I encourage each person to express his/her individuality, and to cope with differences -striving for mutuality, fairness and harmony. My chief concern is with maximizing your capacities and potential, and helping you improve your relationship to yourself and to others. Together we may engage with imagery, sensory experiencing, movement, art, poetry and music to deepen self awareness and understanding (and relief from discomfort)
I tailor the treatment to focus on your specific needs. I will work with you to achieve your unique aims. My modalities include individual, couple and family work. I utilize a variety of approaches to enable you to rediscover your potential as well as your dreams, wishes and goals.
I view each person as part of a web of relationships and strive to enable individuals to express their uniqueness, be more independent, while simultaneously improving the quality of relationships.
I work with the philosophical and spiritual dimension of life and incorporate this through mindfulness meditation, discussion and suggested readings.
