I help individuals and couples navigate unresolved issues related to high-stress work environments, anxiety, burnout, difficult life transitions, trauma, perfectionism, and relational challenges. Appearing like you "have it all together” can look so easy on the outside, when really you’re struggling deeply inside but feel you can’t break down because others are counting on you and you’ve set high expectations for yourself. If this is you, I get it. I’ve been there and sometimes it can feel impossible to get off the hamster wheel that has been set in motion. Or maybe you're a couple who is needing extra help in your relationship.
Together we'll explore what’s beneath the surface and how your life experiences and relationships have impacted you. We’ll work together to process what you are experiencing and make sense of what has led you to this point. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore who they are, identify what they need, and foster personal growth.
As a former journalist turned tech marketer, I deeply understand the pressures of high-stress work environments and how they can fuel anxiety, stress, and fear, impacting life beyond the office. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to reassess what's working in their lives, what isn't, and what needs to change.
