Finding one's path through life can be challenging, and with over 20 years of experience, my practice has focused on helping adults and seniors from diverse backgrounds manage anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and the Gottman method. I tailor my treatment to your specific goals.
