If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, and loneliness, I am here to help. Maybe you've noticed recently that it's a little harder to get out of the house than it used to be. If you are not sure where to start on your therapy journey, let's just talk. I am open to all ages and stages of life. Additionally, if you've noticed behavioral changes with your child and need support or are having trouble connecting with your child, I can help navigate and provide opportunities for skill building.
I've spent the past 20 years as a Social Worker in the Western North Carolina mountains. As a member of the community, I have personal experience with our area's LGBTQIA culture. I have experience with children involved in the foster care system. I offer support with local resources, parenting, and integrated care with other healthcare professionals.
Don't struggle alone. Let's work together on your goals and enhancing your life. I am empathetic, engaging, and observant and caring about your needs.
