Hi, thanks for checking out my profile. Many of my clients are creative types, animal lovers, adventurers, and wild hares. In session we talk about issues like life goals & transitions, relationship ups & downs, emotions & expression, and self esteem. At times I suggest homework assignments like journaling or creating a collage that represents the current issues you are struggling with. Other times we just talk about what you have going on in your life, both the good and the bad stuff. It's nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of and to help you tap into your inner knowing and intuition. How do you find the right path for you?

My approach is compassionate, conversational & casual. I'm trauma-sensitive, strength-based & depth-informed. I sprinkle humor into the mix. I'm process-oriented & collaborative, mildly structured. My bond with clients is a priority. I'm eclectic with the modalities I use including depth, jungian, gottman, client centered, family systems, feminist & cbt.
