Does life feel heavy? How many times have you googled, "What is wrong with me?" When people ask, “How are you?’ you respond with “I'm fine,” but deep down you are not feeling fine; instead, you are hurting and feeling overwhelmed by the weight of past traumas or the many vicious curveballs that life tends to throw at us. Many of the clients that I support are struggling with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, and perinatal/postpartum challenges. I also have a passion for helping children and teens navigate life challenges, relationships problems and self-identity exploration.

In my journey to become a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I've realized the importance of integrating movement-based therapeutic activities into my practice, along with fostering an active dialogue during sessions. My approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, mind, body, and soul perspective, while also including the use of EMDR and Sandtray.
