But, no matter what, it's always coming from a place of support, collaboration and maybe even some humor.

I emphasize a non-judgmental space for all to feel comfortable. I specialize in individuals and couples, family members of the LGBTQ+ community, relationship issues, women’s issues, PCOS, sex/intimacy, body image work, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Starting therapy is not an easy decision which is why you will always set the pace. Each session will have structure and a purpose aligned with your overall goals.
