I am trained in EMDR and licensed in OR and WA. My approach is person centered incorporating modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma focused therapy.
I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship between counselor and client is essential to create change. I provide a safe space to allow clients to address issues that have been holding them back or create an imbalance in their lives.
