Since I believe that therapy is a dynamic, individualized process, I have been trained in and use a variety of modalities in my practice: Talk therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Psychodrama, Gestalt, EFT Tapping, Matrix Reimprinting, AIT, Adventure Therapy Experiential Therapy and Sound Bath. Within a safe space, these tools enable a holistic approach to healing.
