Are you are grieving a death, divorce, broken relationship, loss of pet, an extramarital affair, or any number of losses that occur over a lifetime? Grieving is a normal and natural reaction. My speciality is working with adults who are grieving, be it recent or years ago. You will learn how to handle the plethora of broken hopes, dreams and the things you wish could have been different or better.
Often, grievers feel awkward sharing feelings with family and friends. Instead, emotions are kept deep inside so as not to burden others with their pain. As a result, grievers will frequently isolate. Allow me to assist you in understanding your conflicted feelings and build your new normal.
