Helping my clients create a more fulfilling well balanced life is my role as a therapist. I am aware of how difficult it is to be honest about feelings, past trauma, fears and anxiety. As such, I am nonjudgmental, nurturing and provide unconditional support to everyone I work with.
I provide individual, couples and family therapy. We work as a team to come to a better understanding of yourself and others to bring about change. Whether you are feeling emotionally unhappy, in a difficult relationship, or experiencing parenting challenges my patience and understanding will enhance your personal process.
During the past 20 years, I have relished being part of tremendous growth, healing and transformation of the clients I serve. Outside of my practice I work as a professor at California State University, Los Angleles training future therapists. I am also the Clinical Supervisor at several non-profit organizations.
