I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families across a variety of settings. Across this time, I have successfully helped individuals struggling with a variety of issues across the spectrum of life-challenges. At present, I most commonly work with individuals who find themselves struggling to manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, chronic illness, grief, and/or trauma-related issues.
My therapy practice incorporates my belief that the wisdom for growth and healing lies within each of us and that the challenges we encounter along the way are often our best teachers toward building the life that we want to be living.
