I have over 15 years of professional counseling experience working with adolescents and teens in a variety of settings. I provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere to help guide individuals work towards reaching their goals.
I utilize an eclectic approach and utilize evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapeutic techniques. My approach emphasizes a compassionate and nurturing environment where individuals can feel safe in their efforts to change and grow.
