Therapy with the whole house, not just the front porch! I use modalities that go beyond the confines of traditional talk therapy to address symptoms such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulties with relationships and trauma. I practice from an integrative trauma focused approach that draws from EMDR, IFS, the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), interpersonal neurobiology and attachment focused therapy designed to work with the whole brain, body, mind, heart and nervous system connection i.e. with the whole of you.
I work primarily with adult individuals and couples, new parents, new mothers, folks from the 2slgbtqia+ and BIPOC communities, creatives, artists, professionals, HSP, people who struggle with eco-grief and adult children of narcissistic parents. I work best with people who are curious, open-minded, motivated and ready to commit to their growth.
