I believe that each individual can use an unbiased, supportive person in their life to work through the inevitable difficulties that life throws at us. My job as a therapist is to do just that by helping you to break bad habits, change negative thinking and eliminate self-doubt to allow you to grow as an individual. I have my Master's degree in Counseling, as well as my License in Marriage and Family Therapy, which aims to improve not only the interpersonal system, but also individual satisfaction.
My therapy style is eclectic with an underlying client-centered and supportive therapy approach, while utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques. I have experience working with a variety of life issues (such as depression, addiction, abuse, etc), however I am passionate about working with clients on their anxiety, relationships and life adjustments.
