As a therapist, I find deep fulfillment in accompanying clients through some of life's most challenging moments. My focus areas include supporting clients as they navigate self-discovery journeys and significant life transitions such as marriage, divorce, or faith transitions. I also specialize in working with couples and individuals who have unique or diverse lifestyles, offering a safe and supportive environment to explore whatever is important to you. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in attachment theory, weaving together mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional experiencing to facilitate healing and growth. I believe that each story requires a witness and am passionate about creating space for my clients to be seen in their truth from a place of warmth and empathy.
I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method (levels 1 and 2), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
