I can assist you with decreasing and managing any psychologically distressing symptoms and increasing and improving your overall mental health and well-being. I specialize in anxiety, depression, sex therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, sexual trauma, and all types of trauma. I also specialize in working with bipolar disorder, OCD, LGBTQ+ issues, PTSD and more. I hold a Doctorate degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology and am a licensed Psychologist.
I work in private practice utilizing the following treatment modalities, CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, psychodynamic, trauma work & psychedelic therapy. Previous experience includes working with severe symptoms in the PHP/IOP programs at Mission Harbor Behavioral Health, working with LBGTQ+ at Pacific Pride Foundation, and teaching Sexual Psych at Antioch University.
My overall aim is to assist you with bettering your mental health and well-being including living in alignment with your purpose, potential, intentions, goals, and desires.
