I'm a licensed professional counselor trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. I use a combination of EMDR and cognitive behavioral techniques to help my clients reprocess distressing events and reduce symptoms. I also incorporate mindfulness and relaxation exercises to promote emotional regulation and build resilience.
I am known for my empathetic, direct, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I understand the complex nature of trauma and the impact it can have on a person’s life. I am committed to helping clients heal and regain a sense of control and well-being in their lives.
