I help individuals, couples and families recover from childhood abuse/neglect, domestic violence and divorce. I work with those who have lost a loved one. I also enjoy helping couples identify their strengths, learn new ways of relating, and move past old wounds.
I have a gentle yet direct approach to therapy, incorporating my training/experience in family systems, humanistic and psychodynamic orientations. I challenge you to seek new, more positive ways of thinking about yourself and new ways of interacting with your loved ones. I coach couples in new ways of relating.
