I believe that humans have the capacity to grow and change. I strive to create a compassionate and caring environment for my clients. My goal is to work closely with each clients and his/her needs and help them find their path to good mental health. Life, at times, is simply hard and is important to build the resiliency to get through it and to live a life with purpose and be goal driven.
I currently work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, loss, addictions, and psychological symptoms that are hard to understand. I will work with you to show you your path to recovery. At MAS Salud, "We Help You Find Your Path".
I am a native Spanish speaker and I have 25 years experience working with clients with a history of trauma and abuse. Currently, I have weekend and evening hours. Within the government's guidelines, I am able to see clients via Telehealth mainly, and in person upon request.
