I am a Clinical Supervisor and also Certified in Integrative Medicine for Mental Health to help you incorporate a healthy lifestyle into treatment whenever possible.

Divorce Recovery and Healing Group for Women- ZOOM
This is a support group that will focus on helping women through the grief of divorce and reconnecting with who they are meant to be. We will help group members plan for the changes that occur as it relates to our identity, co-parenting and recovery from being emotional abuse. We will use EMDR to deal with some of the maladaptive beliefs and anxieties that we might have around the divorce and the after effects.
