Are you having a difficult time adjusting to changes in your life? Is your anxiety creating limitations for you? Or maybe you are a parent that is trying to help their child regulate their emotions. People sometimes go through events in life where they need additional support as they attempt to navigate them. A therapist may be the unbiased and nonjudgmental person you can talk to.
As the therapist, my goal is to provide my clients with a safe space to express themselves and process their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I enjoy collaborating with my clients and providing them with the appropriate skills, tools, and knowledge to help them feel empowered and in control to create change in their life and reach their goals.
I tailor my therapeutic approach depending on the client and like to incorporate either child-centered play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and/or creative techniques through games and arts.
