Life is filled with a variety of challenges and often a safe, nurturing environment with a skilled therapist is what's needed to problem-solve and heal some of life's more difficult transitions.
Conflicted thoughts and feelings are the basis for many interpersonal difficulties. I especially enjoy working with teens/young adults and couples of all ages. My abilities and efforts to carefully consider the needs of all and collaborate together as allies, contribute to my success in these areas and well-regarded reputation within the community.
