I specialize in working with people who are seeking treatment for the Disease of Addiction. I have worked with clients at every stage of recovery including in the Emergency Department, inpatient psychiatric/detox, outpatient individual and group counseling and medication assisted treatment (Methadone/Suboxone). AA/NA – SMART Recovery–Refuge Recovery.
My treatment approach is CBT focused with the primary goal of taking a new Action Step to experience the emotional benefit of a Corrective Experience. I provide you with strategies that facilitate identifying and changing long held thinking and behavioral patterns that have hindered your life.
