I am an EMDR clinician and have training in a number of evidenced based techniques including mindfulness-based therapy, Polyvagal Theory, am IFS informed, CBT, EFT Tapping, and Somatic Psychotherapy to name a few. I work with clients in a collaborative manner to understand their needs and preferences as I work to support their treatment goals.
