Accepting new clients! As a provider who specializes in anxiety, trauma, OCD, women's mental health and perinatal mental health, I work with clients ages 16 and up who are seeking help navigating these challenges. We all need support at times, and finding a therapist can be difficult, which is why I offer free consult so we can explore how I can be helpful to you in achieving your goals. I offer a custom approach tailored to each of my clients. We will start by exploring where you are and barriers you face. We will work together to come up with a plan that works for you, getting you where you want to be in your life.
I am an LCMHC in NC with over 14 years of experience. I specialize in working with symptoms of anxiety and related disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life changes, and women’s health including postpartum and perinatal mood disorders. I utilize a variety of approaches in my work, including cognitive behavioral therapy.
