As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with children, pre-adolescent, adolescents, individuals, and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, codependency, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and so many other issues that can arise and cause us to feel overwhelmed and debilitated with everyday life and relationships.
I’ve acquired experience in several treatment modalities of psychotherapy. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps to effectively address and treat trauma and other forms of psychological stress.
