What do you want most out of life, your relationships, and the experience of being you? The key to healing is within you and in therapy I can support you in overcoming the obstacles that have gotten in the way. I have a special interest in helping clients feel at ease in their body, mind, and spirit which is often essential for those healing from relational abuse or adverse childhood experiences.
Currently, I have a special focus on working with veterans and those healing from PTSD/Complex PTSD. I see many couples and work to support reconnection through using Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also have experience working with clients in demanding professional and academic environments, and can offer support when navigating career change.
I work collaboratively with clients of all ages and hold a graduate certificate in religious studies. I am experienced in working with religious and spiritually orientated clients as well as those recovering from spiritual abuse/toxic positivity/spiritual bypassing. I am of a mixed cultural background and non-judgmentally serve people of all walks of life.
