I help you integrate tools that feel authentic to your needs using a multicultural, trauma-informed lens. work collaboratively with clients who are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, parenting issues, stress management, relationship issues, attachment concerns, and substance use.
I believe in bringing out the strength individuals possess and utilizing those strengths to promote change. I offer an authentic presence filled with support, empathy, encouragement, as well as humor, joy, and understanding. I am trained in a variety of modalities and am committed to working with my clients to find the best fit for them.
