Life can be challenging whether your having problems in a relationship, work, or issues with your teen my job is to help you reach your goals. If you are needing a nonjudgmental environment to learn new tools, therapy is a place that can help. I like my office to feel relaxed and place that is welcoming to all topics and people. I believe that creating change is a collaborative effort amongst the therapist and client. It’s a privilege to be a part of my client’s story for change.
I have over 10 yrs. of experience working with individuals, youth, and families. My experience has been in school settings, family counseling centers, and community mental health clinics. Some examples of issues that I have worked with are suicidal ideation, anxiety, isolation, depression, and sexuality. I am an LPC and LMFT.
