Sometimes we need a transformational breakthrough to grow into the person we were meant to be.
We know there's a path, but it can be difficult to find on our own. I use a combination of traditional and imaginative methods that help individuals and couples get to the heart of their issues, work through present and past pain, and successfully move forward. I provide a safe, supportive, nurturing environment, as well as insightful, honest feedback. My structured, yet dynamic, interactive approach addresses all levels of malaise; thinking, feeling, behaving, and spiritual.
Through individual or group therapy we confront and resolve deeply rooted childhood issues. Creating greater mindfullness and self-awareness allows you to shed old habits, develop new skills, solve problems, be more authentic, and act purposefully. Couples in crisis or with long-term dysfunctional patterns, can change their relationships through intensive couples therapy with me.
Many of my clients have made peace with their past, disengaged from destructive relationships and built successful ones, had children, changed careers, increased their self-esteen, let go of anxiety and found greater joy in the present. I would like to help you manifest the life you wish to lead.
