I am a fully licensed therapist offering remote mental health services to adults at Hope Psychological Services, PLLC, located in the heart of Oak Park. Additionally, I am fully trained in EMDR and I hold 5 certifications in the areas of: trauma, domestic violence, sexual violence, grief, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
I utilize a trauma-informed, somatically-informed, holistic perspective to help individuals experience healing within the mind and body, from the inside out. I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, breath work, writing, art, and movement in conjunction with traditional talk therapy utilizing a variety of frameworks based on each person’s specific needs.
