This 6-week psycho-educational support group is for women ages 30-39 who are seeking guidance on how to heal from past or present trauma. The group is offered virtually and is led by a trauma-informed therapist. The group will provide a safe space for women who are trauma survivors to learn, grow, and heal. The cost is $50/session or $200/all 6 sessions if paid in advance. Sessions will be held virtually weekly. I do offer three sliding scale spots; ask me about it!
