During our time, we can process, strategize and learn how to cope with,and overcome these barriers at a personalized pace. I have experience in supporting clients of all ages in navigating the impact of trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, and mood disorders like anxiety and depression. I have worked in both the community and hospital settings. My approach is informed by the unique needs of the client, CBT, CPT, DBT, Intergenerational Trauma and Attachment Theory.
I am willing to collaborate with other members of your treatment team such a family member, doctor or a dietician if you find it helpful. Taking care of your mental health is a regular part of taking care of your overall health. In her free time Mariah enjoys spending time with family and friends, her 5 y/o labradoodle, yoga, rock climbing and martial arts.
