Hi, I am a licensed clinical Social worker. My goal is to help women heal their worst pain, gain self-love, and learn how to process and communicate their emotions without shutting down or exploding with anger.
Together, we will work on helping you get the coping skills you need to overcome depression, anxiety, and trauma. I will help you develop the skills to lift your self-esteem and learn to love yourself without holding back.
