Through this process I will help you gain insights and learn how to get unstuck, leading to healing and growth.
I value a whole-person view of therapy. I have an integrated therapy approach that weaves in multiple psychology theories, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and mind/body based practices. Every client is unique, so together you and I will tailor an individual action plan that best fits your needs.
