Are you often uneasy in social situations? Nervous about what you want to do with your future? Generally feeling on edge? It's usually not fun feeling anxious. These are some of the many areas we can work on together to build your confidence and resiliency and create a tool box of healthy coping skills. I'm excited to potentially have the opportunity meet with you and explore some of the skills that have been most helpful in my practice. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and more. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults but I have experience with people of all ages as well.
I recognize that we all live different lives with our own challenges and experiences that impact our mental health and perspective. I use a person-centered approach meeting people where they are in life and assisting them along the way. We will identify individual strengths and personalized coping techniques that can be used easily in real-life situations.
My goal is for clients to feel heard, understood, and prepared to face their daily lives with a renewed sense of confidence in themselves. Together, we will foster resilience, build independence, and explore and develop healthy ways of coping based on your needs and preferences.
