I am a compassionate and insightful counselor who will help you heal the root of the problems that you are experiencing, rather than solely helping you manage your symptoms of distress. I have extensive experience in a variety of therapeutic techniques (including EMDR, Gestalt, and Christian Healing Prayer) to help you heal emotional wounds and broken relationships of the past that are still influencing your life decisions, as well as the way that you feel in the present.
I specialize in adults and elders who are experiencing anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, low self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, stressful relationships, grief, and other life issues. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I only offer Telehealth sessions. However, I will see Medicare clients in person once a year in Carrollton, TX.
